Hello

I am certified meditation teacher, trauma survivor, and sacred space holder known for blending science, soul, and storytelling into transformative experiences. After a life-altering collision with a transport truck in 2017, chronic pain became part of my everyday life. But rather than being consumed by it, I have found a path through it — one breath at a time.

Kacey's Story

Meditation was the one thing that changed everything. It didn’t erase the pain, but it shifted how she held it.

Through her practice, Kacey was able to regulate her nervous system, manage her symptoms, and eventually move through deep grief — arriving at an unexpected place of gratitude. She believes that comfort is sacred, and that when we slow down and trust the body’s wisdom, healing becomes possible, even in the most unlikely moments.

In 2021, she became a certified meditation teacher with davidji, completing all three levels of training. Since then, she’s devoted herself to helping others who live with chronic pain, invisible illness, or emotional overwhelm — teaching from a place of deep compassion, lived experience, and poetic presence. She teaches from the belief that comfort is sacred, that healing isn’t linear,

and that your breath already knows the way home.

At the summit, Kacey will offer two powerful sessions:

 - A guided workshop on meditation and chronic pain, rooted in both neurobiology and embodied healing

 - A science-informed seminar on cannabis as medicine, with a focus on terpenes and intentional use
