Grief is experienced in so many ways, and your grief is as unique as you. Loss of a loved one, a pet, divorce, health challenges, life changes . . . we’ve all experienced grief. While the way we grieve is decidedly unique to each individual, our need to be witnessed, validated and respected is something we all share. Through yoga, meditation and other mindful practices, together we can form a space of comfort for what you are experiencing and begin to heal and rebuild.
Lisa's Story
Lisa Jaffee is a grief educator, holistic life coach, and meditation teacher dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of loss and find healing through accessible, transformative practices. Lisa creates a safe space for exploration, self-discovery, healing and post traumatic growth.
Specializing in blending yoga, mindfulness and breathwork with other holistic tools, Lisa empowers her clients to integrate meditation, and other self-care practices into their daily lives, no matter how busy they are.
As a presenter at the Finding Within Summit, Lisa shares practical insights and tools that offer tangible support for those seeking healing during their grief journey. Her compassionate approach ensures that each individual is met with empathy, understanding, and the necessary resources to step forward with hope and renewed strength.
